How Cooper Disposal Began
Cooper Disposal was founded by Mike Cooper in 2006 at a time when most jobs were scheduled by phone, routes were planned by hand, and reputation was earned job by job.
From the beginning, the focus wasn’t growth for growth’s sake — it was reliability. Do the job right. Communicate clearly. Treat customers fairly.
Growing Without Losing What Matters
Over the past two decades, Cooper Disposal has grown steadily and intentionally. Today, Mike works side by side with his son Mitch, leading the business into the future while maintaining the same values that built it.
What started with a single truck has grown into a fleet of 10+ trucks and over 700 dumpsters, serving homeowners, contractors, and businesses across Northeast Ohio.
